बुटवल । लुम्बिनी प्रदेश सभामा दर्ता भएको अविश्वासको प्रस्ताव फिर्ता गर्न माग गर्दै सत्ता पक्षीय सांसद सर्वोच्च अदालत जाने भएका छन् ।
संविधानको धारा १६८(१) अनुसार बहुमत प्राप्त दलको नेताका रुपमा मुख्यमन्त्रीमा पुनर्नियुक्ति भएकाले शंकर पोखरेलविरुद्ध दुई बर्षसम्म अविश्वासको प्रस्ताव ल्याउन नपाइने भन्दै प्रदेश सभामा दर्ता भएको अविश्वासको प्रस्ताव फिर्ता गर्न माग गर्दै सर्वोच्च जान लागेका हुन् ।
नेपाली कांग्रेस, नेकपा माओवादी केन्द्र, जनता समाजवादी पार्टी र राष्ट्रिय जनमोर्चाका ३४ जना सांसदको हस्ताक्षरसहित साउन १९ गते प्रदेश सभा सचिवालयमा अविश्वासको प्रस्ताव दर्ता भएको थियो । अविश्वासको प्रस्तावमाथि साउन २७ गतेका लागि आह्वान गरिएको प्रदेश सभाको विशेष अधिवेशनमा छलफल हुँदैं छ ।
सरकारका प्रवक्ता बैजनाथ चौधरीले काठमाडौंमा रहेका सत्तापक्षका सांसदहरु रिट लिएर सर्वोच्च जाने तयारी भएको जानकारी दिए । उनले भने,"काठमाडौंमा रहेका साथीहरु सर्वोच्च जानु भएको छ । अहिले सरकारविरुद्ध अविश्वासको प्रस्ताव ल्याउन नपाइने भएकाले दर्ता भएको अविश्वासको प्रस्ताव फिर्ता गर्न माग गरिने छ ।"
यसअघि आइतबार प्रदेश प्रमुख अमिक शेरचनले आह्वान गरेको विशेष अधिवेशन रोक्न माग गर्दै सरकार पक्षीय कानून व्यवसायीले दायर गर्न लागेको रिट सर्वोच्चले दर्ता गर्न अस्वीकार गरेको थियो । विशेष अधिवेशन रोक्न माग गर्दै सर्वोच्च पुगेका अधिवक्ता प्रवेश केसीको रिट दरपीठ भएपछि फेरि सत्तापक्षीय सांसदहरु आफैं सर्वोच्च पुग्ने भएका हुन् ।
सत्ता पक्ष नेकपा एमालेका प्रमुख सचेतक भूमिश्वर ढकालले काठमाडौंमा रहेका सांसदहरु सर्वोच्च जाने तयारी गरिरहेको जानकारी दिदैं को-को र कति जना जाने भन्नेबारे भने आफूलाई थाहा नभएको बताए ।
अविश्वासको प्रस्तावमाथिको छलफलका लागि विपक्षी दलले दिएको समावेदनका आधारमा प्रदेश प्रमुख शेरचनले साउन २७ गतेका लागि विशेष अधिवेशन आह्वान गरेका छन् ।
विशेष अधिवेशनमा मुख्यमन्त्री पोखरेलविरुद्ध अविश्वास प्रस्तावमाथि छलफल हुने भएकाले त्यसलाई छल्न सर्वोच्चको साथ लिन खोजेको विपक्षी दलका प्रमुख सचेतक फखरुद्धिन खाँले बताए ।
