बुटवल । संघीयता कार्यान्वयन भएको चार बर्ष पनि वित्न नपाउँदै लुम्बिनी प्रदेशले तीन जना प्रदेश प्रमुख पाएको छ । नेपाली कांग्रेस सरकारले हिजो मंगलबार दाेस्रा प्रदेश प्रमुख धर्मनाथ यादवलाई बर्खास्त गरी अमिक शेरचनलाई नियुक्त गरेको छ । केन्द्रमा सरकार फेरिनासाथै प्रदेशका प्रमुखहरु फेरिनु परम्परा जस्तै हुन पुगेको छ ।
कार्यकारिणी अधिकार नभएका प्रदेश प्रमुखहरुले केही प्रदेशमा अधिक राजनीतिक सक्रियताका देखाएका कारण केन्द्र सरकारले आफूअनुकुल प्रदेश प्रमुखहरु नियुक्त गर्ने गरेका छन् ।
लुम्बिनीमा सुशील कोइराला नेतृत्वको सरकारले नियुक्त गरेका उमाकान्त झालाई केपी ओली नेतृत्वको सरकारले बर्खास्त गरी धर्मनाथ यादवलाई प्रदेश प्रमुख बनाएको थियो । अहिले प्रधानमन्त्री शेरबहादुर देउवाले ओलीद्वारा नियुक्त यादवलाई बर्खास्त गरी अमिक शेरचनलाई प्रदेश प्रमुख बनाएका छन् ।
पार्टी एकतापूर्वको तत्कालीन एमाले र माओवादीको भागवण्डाका आधारमा १८ कात्तिक ०७६ मा लुम्बिनी प्रदेश प्रमुखमा धर्मनाथ यादवलाई मन्त्रिपरिषद्को सिफारिसमा राष्ट्रपति विद्यादेवी भण्डारीले नियुक्त गरेकी थिइन् । नेपाली कांग्रेसले ७ माघ ०७४ मा प्रथम प्रदेश प्रमुखको रूपमा उमाकान्त झालाई नियुक्त गरे पनि ओली नेतृत्वको सरकारपछि यादवलाई लुम्बिनी प्रदेश प्रमुखमा नियुक्त गरिएको थियो ।
साढे २ वर्ष प्रदेश प्रमुख बनेर बाहिरिएका यादवका पछिल्लो केही महिना तनाबमा बिते । लुम्बिनी प्रदेश विपक्षी गठबन्धनले यसअघिका प्रदेश प्रमुख यादवलाई अल्पमतका मुख्यमन्त्रीलाई नियुक्ति दिएको आरोप लगाइरहेका छन् ।
६ वैशाखमा विपक्षी गठबन्धनले प्रदेशसभामा मुख्यमन्त्री पोखरेलविरुद्ध दर्ता गरेको अविश्वास प्रस्तावमाथि छलफल गर्नका लागि १९ वैशाखमा प्रदेशसभाको बैठक आह्वान भएको थियो । तर, मुख्यमन्त्री पोखरेलले त्यही दिन बिहान पदबाट राजीनामा दिए भने साँझ पुनः मुख्यमन्त्रीमा नियुक्त भएका थिए ।
दोस्रो पटक मुख्यमन्त्रीमा नियुक्त हुँदा प्रदेश प्रमुख यादवले बहुमत नहेरी ‘राजनीतिक आस्था’कै आधारमा पोखरेललाई नियुक्ति दिएको आरोप विपक्षी गठबन्धनको छ । यादवलाई मुख्यमन्त्री कार्यालयमै पुगेर सपथ खुवाएकोप्रति विपक्षी गठबन्धनले आलोचना गरिरहेका छन् ।
